Looking For Mutual Exchange With Like-Minded Peers
WHY? GOALS OF A COUNTRY CHAPTER
Country Chapters enable and facilitate a knowledge exchange or transfer across the European community, providing networking opportunities with like-minded professionals, by ensuring more transparency in all fields of procurement (medical & non-medical goods as well as equipment). They facilitate the support towards value-driven decision-making while increasing efficiency for EU-compliant public tenders.
To ensure our community to work on country-specific topics, we have created Master Minds to have small selected groups exchange and work on identified themes and challenges.
WHAT ARE “MASTER MINDS”?
Master Minds are working groups with selected participants which are run by a dedicated Country Chapter Chair and have the following purposes:
- Create a shared working agenda
- Work together on jointly defined goals
- Support each other
- Bring strategies into action
It is imperative for the participants to appreciate and understand that the Master Minds are intended to be a forum for cooperation and participation. Participants represent the interests and views of stakeholders from disparate sectors of the community which happen to have a vested interest in the results. Therefore, maintaining and strengthening communication lines with all parties involved is essential (this responsibility cuts both ways – stakeholders are expected to share what information, knowledge, and expertise they have on the issue).
AIM OF MASTER MINDS
The group aims to build an interdisciplinary network of participants in all fields of procurement (medical & non-medical goods as well as equipment). Its objective is to advance knowledge exchange and cooperation through meetings, workshops, and conference sessions and to serve as an open space to discuss potential collaborative projects. The Master Minds will promote collaboration between participants working in different countries.
